Impatient Chick Can’t Wait for His Brother to Hatch

Are we raising a generation with short attention spans and little patience? This chick, not more than a few days old, was found sulking because his brother wasn’t hatching fast enough.

Chicken development experts believe this growing trend may be due to our culture of immediacy and instant access to entertainment — unlimited streams of fluffy animals on the Internet, for example.
